These Terms of Use and Public Offer ("Terms") govern the use of ellyevents.com (the "Site") and the wedding and event planning services offered by Elena Gurianova, operating as Elly Events ("we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, you accept these Terms.
Elly Events provides destination wedding and event planning in Italy, including consultation, venue and vendor sourcing, budget and timeline management, guest logistics, and guidance on documents for civil and symbolic ceremonies. The Site presents general information; it is not itself a binding offer of a specific price for a specific event.
Prices and ranges shown on the Site are indicative and depend on region, season, venue, guest count and vendor selection. A binding price is provided only in a written proposal or agreement prepared for you after we understand your requirements. Submitting an enquiry places you under no obligation.
Where you choose to proceed, the scope of work, fees, payment schedule and any deposit or prepayment (for example a Preliminary Venue Research Agreement) are set out in a separate written agreement. Deposits reserve our time and, where applicable, third-party availability, and may be non-refundable as specified in that agreement. Third-party costs (venues, vendors, taxes such as Italian VAT/IVA, SIAE fees, permits, interpreters) are additional and billed as detailed in your proposal.
We coordinate independent vendors and venues on your behalf. Contracts for their services may be between you and the vendor directly, or arranged through us as set out in your agreement. We select vendors with care based on direct experience, but we are not liable for the independent acts, omissions or contractual defaults of third parties.
We guide you through the documents and steps required for civil, symbolic or religious ceremonies, but requirements are set by Italian authorities and by each partner's country of citizenship and may change. We confirm the applicable requirements for your specific case, and it remains your responsibility to obtain and submit accurate personal documents on time. We do not provide legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for our planning services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including weather, strikes, supplier failure, or acts of public authorities. We strongly recommend event cancellation and travel insurance for destination weddings.
All text, design and images on the Site are the property of Elly Events or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
